Ansu Fati has been in the spotlight after his long injury break, but he is expected to return to Barcelona's line-up after it ends.
Fati suffered a serious knee injury in the Europa League final against Manchester United last season and missed most of the season before returning to training earlier this month.
However, the 21-year-old has now made progress and has been included in Barcelona's squad for their upcoming Champions League matches against Juventus and Liverpool.
The midfielder has already shown that he can score goals and has impressed with his pace and ability to play in multiple positions.
Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman has also been optimistic about the situation and believes that Ansu will be back on the pitch soon.
"He is coming back, I'm sure," said Koeman. "He had a very difficult period in the end of the season,La Liga Frontline but he's getting better."
Koeman praised Fati's performance during the Europa League final and said that he was confident that he would be able to make a strong impact for Barcelona in the Champions League.
"I think he has done well so far," said Koeman. "He has played well in all of the games we've played together, which is great for us."
It remains to be seen whether Ansu Fati will be ready to start for Barcelona in the next match against Juventus or Liverpool, but there is no doubt that he is a key player for the club in the upcoming campaign.
